Ideally 9–12 months before the exam for a comprehensive programme, or 6+ months for more focused preparation. That said, I've worked with families at every stage — the earlier we start, the more time we have to build skills properly rather than cramming.
Maths, English (comprehension, grammar, creative writing), Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning, and interview preparation. I cover all major exam boards including ISEB, GL, CEM and school-specific papers.
I work primarily online via a high-quality 1:1 video setup. This gives families maximum flexibility and means I can work with students anywhere in the UK — and internationally. My students are based across London, the South East, and around the world.
The ISEB is an adaptive online test used by many leading independent schools (Brighton College, Charterhouse, Tonbridge, Marlborough, etc.). It tests English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning. The difficulty adjusts in real time based on your child's answers. I have detailed guides and mock papers specifically designed for this test.
I deliberately keep my numbers small so that every student gets genuine, personal attention. I operate a selective intake each year. If my current slots are full, I'll let you know and can add you to a waiting list for the next available opening.
